Welcome to Holyrood

Known locally as the "Duchess of Duke street", Holyrood is a beautifully restored and elegant Country house. Holyrood house is not just an escape from big city stresses, not just an oasis in Victoria’s most iconic and magnificent tourism setting, but an experience in and of itself.

Historically, it was both the first Daylesford property to have electricity connected and Daylesford’s first fine dining restaurant. It boasts many of the original features for which it has been celebrated for over 150 years. Today, Holyrood house sits comfortably as a Private hotel. It is foremost about service and hospitality. Established gardens, magnificent views, and an easy walk to all of Daylesford’s highlights. Holyrood House Daylesford is not just a place to stay, it is something rather special.
